Although it will drop to 39% of the total available market by 2012, Symbian will still control the greatest percentage of the market. Android-powered mobile handsets will have an estimated 14.5% of the worldwide mobile phone market by 2012, passing the Apple iPhone and other OS due to Google's innovative and integrated applications.
